Dr. Barnett has her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist. She works from a Cognitive Behavioral and Problem Solving approach and incorporates Mindfulness and Positive Psychology into her treatment approach. She believes that growth comes from within and that with the right support and guidance, we all can live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
