Services

Deciding if therapy is right for you can be a difficult decision. Especially if you are suffering from depression, anxiety, drug/alcohol abuse or infertility. It may be hard to go to a complete stranger for support or help. It can feel intimidating and awkward to some. This is why it is very important that you make sure you and the psychologist, therapist, or counselor you are seeing are a good fit. With the right fit, therapy can help you feel supported and guide you to make the positive changes you are looking for. Not all therapists or psychologists will be a right fit and this is why I offer a free initial phone consultation. The consultation will give you the opportunity to decide for yourself if I am the right therapist for you. We can briefly discuss areas where support or therapy is needed and begin to discuss a treatment plan.

I believe that one of the most important components of therapy is to feel comfortable in a safe warm environment where you can process your thoughts and emotions and at the same time have a therapist who will be honest and provide specific skills and tools to help you to make positive changes. I will do my very best to provide this for you and if after the consultation you do not feel it is a good fit, I will provide referrals for other clinicians.

I provide therapy and counseling for a variety of challenges and issues. Below you will find a list of some of the challenges that I treat. Please contact me for more information on these topics or others not listed. I look forward to speaking with you.
