We believe that one of the most important components of therapy is to feel comfortable in a safe warm environment where you can process your thoughts and emotions and at the same time have a therapist who will be honest and provide specific skills and tools to help you to make positive changes. Our therapists will do their very best to provide this for you and if after the consultation you do not feel it is a good fit, we will provide referrals for other clinicians.

We provide therapy and counseling for a variety of challenges and life struggles. Below you will find a list of some of the challenges that we treat. Please contact us for more information on these topics or others not listed. We look forward to supporting you.
